I was told on the phone that the price for the 4 tires was going to be 680 installed, ended up being 890, the Barnegat NJ store blamed it on corporate, also there are 2 new dents on the passenger side door, didn't bother to mention it. Will not be dealing with Mavis again. I got the tires I wanted, that is the one thing that was good about the interaction. Will stick with Quality Tire and Muffler or the Tires Rack online.
My boyfriend and I were traveling from Bridgewater, NJ to Cape May, NJ for vacation when our trucks ABS and Brake lights went on. We some how made it to Mavis from someone who pointed us in the right direction. We were half way towards our destination and just wanted to start enjoying our vacation! The manager Rich and and mechanic Anthony, who worked tirelessly on our truck took such good care of us.They were able to correctly diagnose our electric problem and because of them, we were able to get to Cape May and enjoy our last vacation before our first baby arriving in December! Who knew a tire place could help us out like a car mechanic could! They kept us up to date on everything that was going on and really treated us well. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat and we are so thankful for them!
Good prices on tires. Made an appointment. They went hours past their projected complete time. I purchased 4 new tires. Staff is friendly.

I had a wheel alignment done 10 days ago at Mavis when I noticed inner tire wear on my 2007 SUV. During the alignment, Rich pointed out that I had steel belt showing threw the tire. I did not get tires there, I shopped around and got them elsewhere. Today, I had my free oil change and service done at Causeway Nissan who pointed out the wheel alignment was off and needed to get done. They even printed out the alignment reading for me. I told them I had this done 10 days ago and was surprised so they suggested I have Mavis check it again. When I took the print out and receipt for the alignment back to Rich at Mavis, he was eager to re-check the vehicle and make any adjustments at no extra charge. Now I know most places would say you must have hit a curb or pot hole and knocked it out of alignment again and would want additional compensation. Rich stood behind his work and made all the adjustments to correct the alignment at no extra charge. They have a sign in their mechanic Bay area that reads: "It's a trust thing!" I trust Rich and his staff and recommend them for their professionalism and honesty. Thanks again Rich!
