They do a great wash and clean! I also have some work done right in the shop- oil changes, replacement wipers, etc. And, they even helped me change a tire once when I got a flat nearby. Recently, my car was damaged in a store parking lot. It was badly scratched from a shopping cart the entire length of the passenger side. I took it to Blue Wave for a detail and they were able to get everything out- like magic! Pricing is reasonable, staff is hardworking and the owner has been great to work with. I highly recommend Blue Wave!
I just got my car washed there and there and now I have scratches on the side of my truck. The guys drying the truck decided it was a good idea to jump to try and reach the rear window with a zipper sweat shirt on. Needless to say I will never be going back.
Took my Nissan Quest to get washed here. The car wash ripped my rear bumper off. Of course the manager immediately asked what was wrong with my bumper. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it before going in. Instead of offering to pay the deductible or even splitting it with me, they tried to write it off and was rude about it too. When asked for a copy of the video surveillance before going into the car wash, they said they reviewed it and that my bumper appeared to be attached before going in. However would not provide a copy. Also, the disclaimer sign was not clearly visible. Over priced, rude, not honest.
Fast efficient car wash for low prices. I have a new honda civic with white cloth interior and they did an amazing job at keeping it white.
